5. Ordering and Payment

• Orders can be placed through the App.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI payments.
• Full payment must be completed before processing your order.
• Delivery fees and applicable taxes may apply.

6. Cancellation, Refunds, and Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations and returns are limited.
• Refunds will be provided only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to verification.
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process.

7. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
• Delivery areas may be limited.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its functionality, or engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activities.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
• Fresh products are natural and may vary in appearance, size, texture, or taste. Such variations do not constitute defects.

12. Children’s Privacy

We are committed to protecting children’s privacy. The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

• If you are under 13, you may not use the App or provide personal information.
• If we discover that information has been collected from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
• Parents or guardians may contact us at apnifarmingt20@gmail.com to request deletion of their child’s data.
